I searched the Internet far and wide for an Inglesina Zippy stroller from last year (2003). Dmart2000.com is advertising 2003 Zippy models on their website, so I ordered one. Delivery time was reasonable (about 2 weeks) but the stroller that arrived was the wrong year -- it was the newer 2004 model. (This may not seem like a big deal, but it is if you are a picky pregnant woman and are searching for a specific color and style from 2003.)
This company is still advertising 2003 models, which are NOT available. I find it frustrating that they lack such basic knowledge about the products they are selling.
However, they responded pretty well to my complaint. Although I had to go to the trouble of shipping the unwanted stroller back to them, they promptly refunded my credit card for both the stroller and the shipping costs.
Had I actually wanted a 2004 model of this stroller, it would've been an excellent deal. "
"Must say I was skeptical after reading some of the reviewer comments on this site. However, my fisrt purchase experience with Dmartstores was very good.
Ordered a Masterbuilt 7-in-One Smoker and it arrived direct from the factory within a week, and in perfect condition. Cost was 25-50% less than other venders I evaluated. Customer service sent a personal message with UPS tracking number.

"I ordered a steam cleaner online from Dmart and when I submitted my order I saw that the price of shipping was not what I was willing to pay. I immediately e-mailed Dmart to cancel my order. I tried calling the customer service line but never got to speak with anyone. I tried calling throughout the day and got either a busy signal or recording. Today the product is delivered and I am stuck with a product that costed more in shipping than the product itself.
Do not do business with DMART unless you live near their business and can drive there to get customer service. They are running a shady operation. "
"Bought a Littermaid Litter Box. Chose this seller strictly on price and shipping distance. Straightforward no-frills transaction. Good price, quick shipping and delivery. No problems. That said, the product was shipped in the manufacturer's own retail package which was intended for product display, not commercial transport. A shipping label was slapped on the box; there was no other paperwork. Box arrived a little beat up, but the product was not visibly damaged. I might use this vendor again for a similar purchase, but not for the bulk of my shopping. I was unable to verify the seller's claim to being a top-rated vendor on Yahoo! -- in fact I was unable to find them even listed as a Yahoo! merchant. An e-mail to Yahoo! customer service elicited a response that they DID appear to be a valid Yahoo! store, but for some reason are not available through Yahoo! Shopping. Not sure what that means."

"Purchased an RCA Home Theater in a Box. Initial delivery was the incorrect product. I was promptly shipped the correct product after a call to customer support. The equipment appeared to be either a floor model or a customer return as the box was damaged and clearly had been opened before shipment (sounds like another review). The contents had been 'repackaged.' I will not do business with this company again. "
"It took a month to receive the order then I received permission to return it, which I received, but they say they didn't find it.
I pakaged it just like they told me to with the number on the out side of the box, which was not even opened, complete with a packing slip.
This is December 9th of 03, and I still have not got my money back."
"The VCR I order arrived in a cardboard outer box. Inside the box, the VCR was carelessly wrapped in bubble wrap -- the bubble wrap was not even taped. It appeared as if they took the VCR off the shelf and threw it in a cardboard container. The remote control unit was just thrown loosely in the box and was rattling around. I wrote them at the time, stating how poorly wrapped the VCR had arrived. They said to let them know if anything was wrong. Well, today I finally got around to installing it, and the "play" button had been damaged in shipping. It is cracked and pushed all the way in -- in other words, unusable. Now I find I have no way of contacting them. I will NEVER buy from this merchant again. Please warn others.
By the way, this was the third time I placed an order with them -- the other two instances were okay."

I have been ordering online for 4-5 years now and this has been my worst
online experience. I am truly disappointed and frustrated with this
website and will never use it again. This is a prime example if why
many people are afraid to order merchandise online.
Fortunately for me I have always had positive online shopping
experiences so I realize that it is just your company's inability to
