"I am a frequent customer and normally do not have issues with DBWL.
My latest order on 7/5 was shown to have a shipping label created on 7/7.
The status had not changed to show it had been received by UPS so I called customer service on 7/11 to find out what the issue was.
The rep was super nice and said she would have this reshipped and a new tracking number emailed to me.
However, I have not received any updates as of yet.
I would have thought this would have been made a higher priority to get this shipped out."

"Items take more than one week to arrive. Box was dented. I had to refuse box. They told me that as a courtesy they were not going to charge me for the refusal. How do they want to charge 15 dollars for the refusal of a box that came in bad condition. I have some issues about returns and customer care."

"Ordering is easy, fast and efficient. There has never been a mistake on my order. I love the free samples that come with my order but wish I could pick them sometimes. I hesitate to order a whole box of certain things because I don't know what it will taste like and afraid to order a full box. I got burned on one item so now I just stick with what I know. I like the taste of the chocolate shakes and some of the puddings. My only complaint would be that sometimes the conditions of the boxes are damaged upon arrival and sometimes the contents have partially leaked. "

"Our package arrived today very warm having paid the extra $14 to ship cold due to the warm weather. Package opened and cooler bag was 96 degrees so had no impact on keeping the product cool. Only the bars were in the cooler and other products in the regular box even though we paid for "cooler" type shipping.

Will not order again during the summer time months. Will look for a closer supplier of these products out West!"

"My purchase was delivered in only a few days, but whoever brought it did not ring our doorbell. The box, which included easy-to-melt protein bars, was set by the door on a hot day. I don't know how long it was out in the heat, but once I found it, into the fridge it went. As an FYI, the trick is to cool the bars for an hour or two, then pull them out from the package and work them loose while still wrapped so that the bar no longer sticks to it. They may not keep their shape, but at least cooling them cuts the chances of having a mess on your hands when unwrapped."
