"Great service, great care of the product and me. Unfortunately I ordered the Chocolate Coconut Bars and they were very nasty tasting. I am a coconut lover but not those. I don't think it tasted anything like coconut either.
I also ordered 5 boxes of the Protidiet Raspberry Dark Chocolate Bars that I love. I opened a box last night and was shocked at the difference in the smell, look and taste of the bars. They are nothing like the ones I ordered from you just within the last month. This is a major disappointment and I hope I can get a refund since it such a large amount of money. Wow , not sure how I feel about ordering here now.
I will call for a refund. Everything else has been great. THanks for the service and the quality care. If only the quality of the products could be consistent ."

I am switching to DietDirect and I ordered yesterday (Monday) and the order will be delivered on Wednesday!

I understand you have no control over your shipping vendor but maybe you need to start looking for a new shipping vendor. You use UPS and DietDirect uses FedEx. I will be ordering through DietDirect going forward. Gives me more confidence in the bars not melting when they are not sitting in a UPS warehouse/truck over the weekend which occurs all the time if I don't get an order in on Sunday. "
