"Dishonest and terrible customer service.

I ordered one of their VR Cardboard Toolkits the day they were announced. The shipment was delayed many times--that was alright, it was a brand new product. It arrived, I assembled the kit, and it did not work with my phone. I contacted the company--yeah, they said, it does not work with your phone. I filled out a return form and shipped it back to them. No refund arrived. I contacted them--they said they would not refund because I had assembled the kit. Of course I did, how could I know if it worked otherwise? Then they said that my phone was on a list of non-compatible devices and I should have checked. No such list existed when I made my order.

So after a half-dozen email exchanges, I am out of luck. What a bunch of weasels."
