"I believe this website is a scam. I ordered a $50 product from this store and they immediately charged my credit card, however it has been almost 3 weeks and I still have not received the product in the mail. I called and left a voicemail (their automated phone system never connected me to a real person) and no one called me back. I have sent 3 emails over the past week and a half and no one has responded to me. Also, the website gauranteed delivery before Christmas for all products ordered before the 14th. Mine was ordered on the 11th and still, 2 days after Christmas it hasn't arrived. There is also an online chat feature on the website where you are supposed to be able to get real time assistance, however the feature also says "offline". Once again, I cannot talk to a real person. This place will quickly charge your credit card, but will not send you your product, email, or call you back. "
"Purchase from doggiftshop.com went very smooth. They were very easy to work and gave great service. I have a friend with a rare breed that was not offered and the owner was actually able to take a picture of the dog and add it onto a mug for me to give to my friend for Christmas. This is the type of service I wish all online stores offered. Thank you doggiftshop for making me a great xmas gift.

"I purchased a gift for my boss that was to be given as a group XMAS present. The owner told me it would ship on Dec. 5 or 6 -- a week went by and I did not receive it. He then said it would ship on Dec. 14 -- he NEVER sent it. None of my subsequent emails were answered. He charged my card on Dec. 2 and never processed the order -- this behavior is considered fraudulent by all watchdog authorities. The transaction is being disputed by the credit card company. Horrible experience with a totally unprofessional vendor!"

Let me preface this with the fact that I do MOST of all of my shopping online. That being said...I ordered two items on November 30th and contacted doggiftshop.com on the 9th of December for an order status and they could not find my tracking information. I went online to my account with them and once I got there, there was another person's information! I do not believe that this company is a secure online seller and had I known this I would NOT have ordered a thing from them. I have tried numerous times to contact them and I have been completely ignored. Now, I'm out money AND I have no merchandise. This is NO WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS! I plan to contact the BBB and the state Attorney General to, at the very least, get my money refunded. I am thoroughly digusted!
