"The feature to create a custom sign worked quite well, I went with a 18 tall x 12 wide sign. However, I had to call customer service to figure out how select a stake / post option other than the two choices provided as the next step after creating the sign. I was given a choice between either an 8 -foot in-ground post or 4-foot with cast iron base. Customer support on the phone showed me how to find a menu with about a half dozen options including a 5-foot post. "
