"This is actually my fault for not reading the fine print, but I am only 'somewhat satisfied' because the process for returns to this company is very costly. Not only would you pay return shipping, but you also pay a $10 restocking fee. AND you must call them first to get them to accept your return in the first place. I understand this process for custom orders, but mine was a standard item. Basically, it is not ideal and therefore I am stuck with a product that isn't exactly as I expected because the extra $25 for a sign is not worth it."
