So I get a refund notice from this "company" but they completely lied as wrote the following..."Address was coming up as undeliverable. Also no name included at the time of purchase. We tried to email customer to email provided at the time of order and no response.
ALL LIES!!! UNBELIEVABLE...There is NO WAY my address was "undeliverable", my name WAS MOST CERTAINLY included and they DID NOT ever try to email me at all.
So not only are they a disreputable company selling complete crap, but now they are willing to lie about the transaction FAIL and try to blame me!! Wow...this company should be closed down! "

"Watch out for these scam artists. I tried the collar, it didn't work and I returned it. That was four months ago and I still haven't received my refund. They use every excuse in the book and the only way to contact them is e-mail. Save yourself some time and money, go somewhere else!"

"I don't know if the collar itself is as good as advertised since I never received. This was absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. Initially, I had made a mistake in my address but I notified customer service immediately by email and they assured me my product would be sent to the correct address. 6 days later they finally shipped the product but it ended up going to the initial address I had given them. I again contacted customer service by email because this is the only contact information for this company (Gee, I wonder why). I emailed them my dissatisfaction with their error and asked them to reship to the correct address immediately. One week later it still had not shipped and I cancelled the order. I ended up going to Petsmart to purchase a dog training collar. It may be a bigger price but at least the staff was friendly and offered immediate feedback on the product and answered any of our questions."
