"I ordered so many of the Dog id collars compatible with the FI device. Sure enough after use of 1-3 times the collars would immediately fall off the FI device. I contacted customer service and RORY did not help me at all. no refund no thing.
Beware this is not good quality and the collars are EXPENSIVE to what you will receive which is garbage."
"I have been buying from this company for years. Apparently I've been lucky. Items always came in good condition/quality and correct.
I ordered new collars for my dogs and one came in incorrect. I contacted the company they asked me to send a pic of the item and order details.
I sent a screen shot from their site that showed exactly what I ordered. ( Light blue collar with a dark blue tag with white lettering. ).
They came back and said their system showed Light blue collar silver tag and white lettering.
Not only was it wrong, this color combination makes the tag unreadable especially in bright sunlight.
Even though I am a regular customer and it is their system that made the error, they refuse to replace with the correction.
I've spent many years in retail and that is not how you handle a customer. If there is any doubt default to the customer.
I hope anyone that reads this will heed my warning.... don't waste your money. They sell a great product but if anything is wrong with the order ...it will be your loss. They are not willing to deal with you."
"I've had Dogid's waterproof scruff tag color for a few years. I really was happy with it, until the collar recently stiffened up and lost all flexibility. I contacted the company, who asked for a photo of the collar. I sent a photo and video. They said they only had a record of another of their collars (which I wasn't pleased with, and returned years ago) and could only replace that one. They had no record of the order #, even though I sent them an email with the order # on it. We went back/forth for awhile before I gave up. They weren't going to replace the collar with the one I had. Terrible customer service. I won't order from them again."
"I purchased a "Reflective Waterproof Engraved Dog Collar" in the second to smallest size for my puppy. His neck is 14", but he's growing so I purchased the 16" collar to give him some room to grow. In checkout the collar had a very different look. It had an engraved plate with the phone number and message to call. The description says "engraved" so I thought it made sense for the colar to have an engraved plate. When received, it did not have an engraved plate. It just has the dogs name and phone number printed on the collar without any message. More importantly, the collar is huge. The length is right, but it's thick and the buckle is enormous, heavy metal. No dog with this size neck could hold it up easily.
I asked for a refund or at least an exchange. After a few emails back and forth with customer service, I was told they couldn't do a refund or exchange because the item is personalized. Aren't all of their products personalized? I didn't get an engraved color or what was pictured at checkout and the design for this size neck is seriously flawed. Poor customer service. Disappointing product. Now I'm stuck with a $40 collar that is unusable."

"I ordered 2 tags and was pleased with the "Have your people call my people" one. The other, the hexagonal shaped tag, came in with the wrong phone number on it. I had that tag made with my wife's phone # instead of mine so that all our numbers would be easily available should our dog get lost. I emailed dogids and got back a response that the number on the tag was what I had filled in the form blanks with. I went to the website and all it showed was that I had ordered 2 tags, not the specific info I had entered. My other tag came in correct. "This company has fantastic customer service. I worked specifically with Trista and she did an awesome job. I had originally purchased a personalized leash and collar a few years back. One of the rivets on the leash popped off and the band on the collar was starting to tear a little. When I contacted them they said the leash was covered under the gaurantee but since the collar wasn't actually broken I could pay $15 to replace the band. I decided since I love that collar to replace it. I sent them in and they started work on it immediately. Unfortunately there was a shipping error and it was sent to the wrong place. Trista worked very hard trying to retrieve the products and when that wasn't going to work she had both products remade and shipped out with no additional charge. I highly recommend this company, they are truly amazing."
"I ordered 3 tags which i was really excited about but 6 bussiness days i still had not recieved shipping information. I contacted them and their response is they were sold out of the one tag and it should be in soon. Almost 3 weeks later i still havnt gotten shipping information nor did their customer service think to contact me telling me they didnt have the one tag available. Im very dissapointed because even though the one tag is sold out they couldnt even ship the other 2 tags so now i have to keep waiting when i needed these tags 3 weeks ago when i ordered them!
