"Well, Im totally satisfied with my UNIF Poncho. Im not satisfied with the Customers Service. Unfortunately I made a mistake when I placed my order. I forgot to delete 1 item that I had selected weeks ago, I only noticed it when I received the confirmation email. I sent an email to Customers Service (10 minutes after I placed the order) asking them to delete that item, because I only wanted the UNIF poncho, they told me that they couldn't do that because they had already sent the order to the processing center. I can't believe how they couldn't change an order that had just been placed! I know that it was my mistake, but I think that they MUST have a better customer service and the capacity to help their customers in cases like this."
