Their response was formatted LiKe tHiS and was otherwise obnoxious and unhelpful; it led me to place an order thinking there would be no restocking. A day later, the whole brand was restocked.
As for the actual order, it was shipped and delivered in a timely manner and was what I ordered, no complaints there. The customer service was just baffling."
