"I was so excited to try the new hair extension. I ordered them and they arrived quite promptly. I had them fitted on Saturday and when i came to wash them for the first time, 5 extensions i.e 10 tapes just slid out of my hair! Their response"may have been a manufacturing error" and their way of putting right - "We will send you some extra tapes" all well and good except I bought them whilst on vacation in California and I live in England, so not only would I have to wait some time, I'd probably have to pay import fees! Not mention that I had wasted a large amount of money having them installed, cut and blended and would then have to pay again for the same service. My advice - shop somewhere that doesn't just want your money. I have emailed them telling them I am unhappy and received no response to my last email."
