"Contacted them with questions regarding the location of a capacitor on a motor. I have no experience with this type of repair, but have done numerous vehicle repairs, house repairs, furnace repairs on my home, in addition to being a mechanical engineer who supervises and assist in installation of a wide variety of machines and equipment used to manufacture interior components for the auto industry. I have quite a bit of mechanical experience. In return I received an insulting and condescending email stating maybe I should contact someone more qualified to do mechanical repairs and not perform the replacement of the motor. I was also given a 2nd email telling me not to buy the motor from them.

Will never shop their site again due to insulting customer service.
