"Before buying a board I called the store and I was told I was not going to be charged for shipping, I placed the order and after that I saw the charge in my credit card which included
the shipping charge. I called them back several times and I was told they were going to fix it, I talked to Mary, Laura, Scott. I kept calling until I talked to the guy that runs the store and he said I got a good deal and they were not going to refund the shipping charge, lots of other excuses, He offered to refund a partial amount but then he changed his mind.
Basically he said they won't keep their word but they would keep my money.
Safe your self some problems and buy somewhere else. I will try to fix this through my Credit Card company.
Unfortunately there is not much info about this store so I took the risk and I lost this time. I just hope this helps someone to make a better decision."
