"Received subpar pillow that was not the same as hotel chain as described. Returned it in unopened condition at my own expense. Customer service was horrible! It took 5 weeks to receive a refund after multiple contacts. Promised return call I didn't receive. Then, they deducted 25% for a restocking fee which was the max fee, even though all requirements were followed. NEVER again!"
