"Doxylingerie is a scam.
I had ordered a few pieces of lingerie for my friend's bachelorette party. I placed my order through http://www.doxylingerie.com. The day I ordered it, I received an email with the order confirmation, order number, and stating that I would receive tracking info.
Two days later, I received an email receipt that they had charged my credit card through their Pro Pay service
Six days after the order was placed, the charge showed up on my credit card
Fifteen days after the order was placed, I sent an email to ****@**** stating that I had never received tracking info and that I would like to know about the status of the order.
Twenty one days after the order was placed, I sent a 2nd email in regards to the order and my big concern about it.
Twenty three days after the order was placed, frustrated that I still have gotten no response from them, I called their number at ***-***-**** only to conveniently be thrown straight to voicemail. I left a detailed voicemail with my order number and the situation and my phone number as well, asking them to contact me ASAP about the order. After that, I sent a 3rd email to reinforce the voicemail left, as well as stating my case.
That same day, I did a little searching on the internet and found that I am not the only person who has been scammed by this company -- same thing happens -- they charge you, but never ship out the product. Days and days and days...beyond what is reasonable pass by.
Frustrated, I sent a 4th email to them telling them to cancel my order and reverse the charge on my credit card.
Twenty six days after the order was placed I checked with my credit card company, and the charge had not been reversed. I filed the charge as a fraudulent charge with my credit card company. They are temporarily reversing the charge and putting the case under investigation. I pursued this further by filing a report with the Better Business Bureau as well.

"I placed an order with Doxy Lingerie on November 6th, and I even paid extra for 2 day shipping. They promptly charged my card. Everything in my order was marked in stock and ready to ship. A few days later the status of my order changed to "Will ship within 24 hours." Here it is a month later and I still have not received any of my items! I have contacted the company several times and the only response I have received from them is a confirmation saying that my order will ship within 24 hours. Upon further investigation of this company I found a website called ripoff.com and found 209 reports from people stating that they had the exact same problems with this company. Donxy Lingerie even has a logo on their site saying that it is an Authorize.net approved company. When you click on the logo it says that this company has not been approved by them. They took my money, along with many other people's money and do not deliver the products you purchase."
"I have placed several orders with Doxy and they were always slow to ship. The last order placed was in May. I have not received my order. Numerous emails and phone calls were placed and they would always respond by stating that something was not in stock or my order was in shipping and I would receive a tracking # soon. Please visit the BBB and the MO Attorney Generals Office website to see for yourself the fraud associated with this "business". I am sorry I didn't check them out before ordering."
"My story starts out like many of the others. Order placed, no updates, no shipping notices, no replies to three emails over the course of a week. I noticed that they use Yahoo's service for an eCommerce site so I started with them. I filled out a complaint at the site below:

I don't know if it was coincidence or what but I got an automated response from Yahoo stating they would forward my comments on to the merchant and less than an hour later I got an email from ****@**** stating they were canceling my order and another showing where they were processing a refund. The refund isn't in my bank account yet but it's been less than 24 hours since I got the email so I'll give it some time and up date this review when I get to a resolution.
UPDATE 12/10/07 - Refund was deposited into my account."
"I made three orders with this company, invoice 30090,30886, and 30775. On all three invoice the took my money without sending me the complete order. I started to call and email them after the 60 days they tell you to wait, to have them either send me my items or refund me. Got no response, until I deputed it with my credir card. They emailed me to tell me I now owe them. After emailing them back and forth trying to explain I don't owe them, they threaten me with sending me to collection and reporting me to the police for theift. I then faxed them over my invoice showing them they are wrong.I told them to call me, since emailing them wasn't working or I would report them, they told me go ahaed report them, now I know why they didn't care, people been reporting them for years and here they are still ripping people off. On ripoffreport.com they have 195 reports so far and with the beter business brueu 275. If you get scammed by this company report them to as many place as you can, because they need to stop doing this to their customers. And still to this day I have not gotin all of my money back. Since I used two cards. The first credit card it was too late, I waited too long. and the other is doing an investigation. so I have conditional credit until their done. "Very pleased! It all fit, it was shipped promptly and arrived in like 2 days from the time I ordered! She honored a 30% off sale she was running a couple days before my order and even included a free gift of red thigh highs with little bows on them and a 10% off coupon for my next order! I would definitely use them again for my lingerie needs. I do not know why all the people are having these problems with the co. she responded to every email I sent.

"This company is a fraud. Takes order, processes payment and never ships anything. There is no way to contact them. Phone number on the web site goes to generic voice mail message. Phone number supplied to credit card company is a Nextel cellular phone that also goes to a voice mail but the box is always full.
The owner, Jennifer Lutke was prosecuted by the Missouri Attorney Generals office in August 2007 but continues to practice business in the same fashion.

"I placed an order for an instock Halloween costume and several other in stock items on 10/07/07. I received an order confirmation e-mail but have yet to receive any of the items. I have sent them 5 e-mails, and left 2 messages, none of which have been responded. I had to notify my card company so that they would not accept payment for my order. This is a horrible company and I will definitely never do business with them again!!"

"This company has the worst Customer Service that I have ever experienced. I placed an order with a new credit card and when the order did not arrive in the 4-7 business days, as promised, I begin to email to find out if there was a problem with the card. The site says they will respond to emails within 24 hours. I got no response to 2 emails and then called their 1-800 number which goes straight to a voicemail box. Again, no response. Then, I sent another email (this time a bit nastier) and 4 days later received a response saying my card would not go through so they had cancelled my order "some time ago". Who cancels an order without telling the customer?? If they would have just exhibited some semblance of customer service I could have paid them via Paypal or a debit card and they could have still made the sale. I wish I had found all of these terrible reviews prior to ordering because after all of this hassle my costume that I had wanted is sold out on the competitor's sites. "
"This company only wants to steal your money. I have yet to receive my order and I placed it in Sept. of 2006. Do not order from them they have been reported to the Better Business Bureau numerous times and have yet to refund many people their money. "I placed an order for an "in stock" Christmas costume for a photo shoot. My credit card was charged immediately, and I got an email confirmation the next day. That was the last I heard from Doxy, despite sending several emails. No product was ever shipped, I contested the charge with Visa and have been given a provisional credit on my card.
I still have heard nothing from the company; they do a good job of hiding contact info, and in the course of locating a phone number, I discovered lots of complaints about them on the BBB website and other.
