I ordered a Halloween costume and accessories from DoxyLingerie.com and across the screen in BIG RED LETTERS, it said "Guaranteed by Halloween for in-stock items when using Priority or Express shipping." I loved the outfits so I ordered in-stock items with Priority Shipping. I was charged immediately and was anxiously awaiting a killer outfit for Halloween. On October 28th, I got an email stating that the costume would not reach me by Halloween and so they offered me a 30% discount to get it after Halloween (which was a pointless suggestion, I still don't know why they think I would want the costume after Halloween) or could cancel my order and issue a refund. I replied the same day thanking them for letting me know and accepting the offer of the refund. I NEVER heard from them regarding this matter again. I do, however, get several email advertisements from them regarding SALES that they are having. Why would I buy more from them if they can't even take care of the first transaction. Today is December 20th; Still no reply, Still no money, Still no hope of resolution. Way to liven up my holiday season, Doxy!"

I placed my order on 9/15 for five Halloween costumes for myself and others. Paid by CC. Four of the 5 items showed in stock. They advertise stocked items will ship within 24-48hrs. It has been 20 days & no shipments. I have emailed 5 times hoping to receive some assurances that my order shipped, or at least when I might expect to see it. The only responses I receive back from Doxy is computer generated ones, saying they are too busy and will get back when they can.
I have a called my CC company, and payment was posted 2 days after the order was placed. So they got payment and I got NOTHING!. I was thinking maybe I was one of those unlucky ones, but after reading the other posts on ripoffreport.com I see this is a continuing issue. Had I known prior to placing my order about this site...the order transaction would never of taken place. Shame on me for trusting this company in good faith to ship my order.
If you are looking for un-caring, uncommunicative, long lead times, then by all means order from them. A good reliable company, they are NOT!!! "

"Despite some complaints I read else where, I found Doxy Lingerie to be a reputable company. I received everything but one item (which I going to be shipped out soon told 5-2-06 would ship in 4 to 7 days) in a timely manner as well as polite customer service. They have a large selection and some of the best prices.
*Update: 5-13-06 I was told 5-8-06 that my last item would ship out any day. I replied that, that was fine just let me know when it does and to provide a tracking #. I have sent one more e-mail asking the same thing with no response. What I don't understand is why this item is taking so long it is specifically marked as "in stock" so it should have shipped in 24 to 48 hours. I know that she is a busy person. Will update. I’m sure everything will turn out fine.
*Update 5-15-06 received an email stating that the specific color I ordered was not in stock. She said she would ship as soon as she gets it.

"I am so livid with Doxylingerie.com right now - I could scream. I have ordered things with this company twice - 2 mistakes on my part.
The first time I ordered a Halloween costume about a month before Halloween and never received confirmation, my card wasn't charged, etc. I sent 3 emails looking for a status (with no response) before I sent a nasty one to them. Immediately I received a snotty response of "How can you say we're a bad company when you don't even give us time to respond?" ....This was after over a week of no responses to my nice e-mails. So - eventually my costume came and it was great. SO I thought I'd order again and give them a shot. January 27th I ordered 2 pieces of lingerie for V-Day - and I have sent 2 e-mails looking for a status (since my card hasn't been charged yet) - and today, February 9th, I receive an e-mail saying my items are no longer available and that my order has been cancelled. NOW, I have no time to order anything as a suitable replacement and it took them TWO WEEKS to let me know that my order was unavailable.
This company is the biggest piece of crap that ever existed and I cannot believe I have wasted my time ordereing from them.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY - you WILL regret it!"
