Dr. Leonard’s will take any order and charge for it, claiming that it is available, even if it is not. Then they will send whatever they have, even replacing it with similar items. As for color, one will end up with colors which they cannot sell. If you order brown mats for your brown bathroom, expect green or pink. Smart assumption is that most of the people will not bother to go thru the return process, so Leonard’s keeps making money by selling a garbage which is not otherwise sellable. AND OF COURSE, YOU WILL PAY TO SHIP BACK THE WRONG ITEMS THEY SENT!
Someone should take away their business license.

"Received a damaged item. Requested a replacement and after 5 weeks, nothing arrived. Called back, was assured a replacement was coming. Instead, the company issued a refund. They charge 9.99 to refund items (they state its the cost of the return S&H). The item is only worth $20. Now they want to charge for another item, in order to get the original replacement. CSR don't speak English as a first language, making communication frustrating. Dr Leonard / Carole Wright has no concept of customer service. On hold for supervisor, and as expected, no one is picking up. "These geniuses can’t pull an accurate order - have NO IDEA what they are doing. Ordered a bra, received a giant pair of pajamas! They can’t even seal a box properly. The strip of tape covered one flap and completely missed the other. The shipping carton was completely open on one side. What the actual F&)(? "I ordered the Arthritis Gloves and they were cheaply made, spandex type gloves. They looked like someone took a regular badly made glove and just chopped the fingers out. The gloves were made one size fits all, and I have fairly small hands and fingers, but the fingers were so tight they cut off my circulation. They were poorly made to where the thumb and first finger were unable to move seperately. I know they are supposed to be snug but these are the worst looking and feeling gloves you can imagine. Do not waste your money. "
"Make your company accountable for the mistake you have caused . Because of your bad product , my skin , fingers, nails became green. I was so afraid; I called my Doctor to find out if I had some kind of disease. My under shirt turn green. When I explain this problem to your representative, she did not do anything to solve this ,problem. I asked for some kind of compensation she ignored the problem. I told her , if nothing done I will report this BBB , and the Attorney general consumer division. Then, she hung-up on me. This is a very bad business for the company. "I ordered a plain black sweater on New Years Eve. It was temporarily out of stock. Ok, no prpblem. I finally received a sweater at about the end of January, two sizes to big! I called them to return it and for them to email me a return label. In the convo they admitted due "to a technical issues" that they did indeed send the wrong size. I sent it back clearly requesting the correct size. Just today,February 13, I got a $14.99 credit to my account out of the original $21.99. So NO sweater still and Im supposed to pay shipping for their mistake. Will not be buying from them again!!!"
"Shop elsewhere!! This company doesn't care about it's customers! Took 5 days just to process my order then I find out they ship via FedEX "Smartpost" (should be called "DUMBPOST". This is the slowest shipping method on the planet! Takes between 10 & 14 days to receive your goods. Add the 5 days to process the order & you'll be looking at nearly 3 weeks to receive your goods, if you receive them at all! The order still hasn't moved an inch after 7 days! VERY POOR COMPANY WITH EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!! SHOP ELSEWHERE!!"
"I ordered a pet fence on 4/5/2010 and paid an additional $1.95 for "priority service". On 4/12 I received an email that the item was shipped via FEDEX, but the FEDEX site had no record of it. Worse, it would take 2 weeks before it would arrive. I demanded my $1.95 priority charge refunded since 7 days to ship and 21 days to receive hardly qualifies as "priority". To their credit, they replied on the 14th that they would credit back the priority charge. But checking with FEDEX, they didn't notify them on the 12th like they told me, but on the 14th. If you deal with these people, don't believe any time schedule they promise - and don't pay for priority service. In comparison, I ordered a product from a different vendor on 4/11 and it arrived on 4/14 with no priority charge at all. Moments ago, the FEDEX site advised that the pet fence would be delivered on the 20th, 15 days after ordering. Unbelievably indifferent service.
UPDATE on 5/30/10 - more woes
The Pet Gate did arrive on 4/20/10 but upon assembling I found a manufactures note on the plan that the gate spans 12-59 inches - not the 12-69 inches claimed on DrLeonards website - I bought it to fence off a 67 inch opening so it was useless. I called to get an RMA which arrived 4/26/10 and I returned the product that day specifying "not as advertised" to get a refund including shipping as they suggested. It has now been over 4 weeks [they claim that returns take 3-4 weeks to process] but still no credit to my account. Worse, they haven't fixed the web page either. I sent another inquiry to obtain a status of my return. I will update when, and if, the refund appears.
UPDATE 6/1/10
A refund of $19.99 finally appeared on my bank statement on 6/1, but they did not refund the shipping charges that they promised since the product was not as advertised and, as directed by their customer service, I clearly wrote "not as advertised" on the delivery bill. Save yourself time and annoyance and avoid this site - I've blocked this site on my entire network."
"I ordered some chenille chair covers and received my order within 6 days of placing it online. I had no problems at all and would gladly order from here again. The only thing I wish they would do is post the USPS tracking number when you log in to their site to check the status of an order. The only thing I could see online was that the order had shipped. I called customer service to get the tracking number and the person I spoke with was quite pleasant and told me everything I needed to know. Bottom line, I would not hesitate to order from here again."
