Once i paid for the items... nothing showed up..
Even though items purchased much later showed up at home..
Refunded once i upgraded my dispute to a claim.. Since they know they got nothing to show for delivery..

and Stephen. Both are professional scammers who know
how to rip off people legally. On Ebay they go by the names
da.bizzle and silverelectron, both have very low feedback percentage.
They also have bad reputation and complaints on
www.complaintsboard.com, www.ripoffreport.com and
www.webutation.com. So beware of these two guys

I purchased items from the in November 2012 and waited patiently for delivery. When they didn't show up, they asked to wait a little longer due to Christmas, then eventually after the 45 day claim limit was up with ebay they start ignoring me.
Have tried everything I can think of to contact them without success. VERY DODGY!!!!"

After ordering items for $60 they claimed that shipping was delayed because of Christmas, and the minute after 45 day EBay/Paypal complaint period expired - they stop communicating. These people WILL IGNORE YOU. THIEVES, stay away!

On top of this Dragonext will put you on a SPAMLIST the second you write them an email, so I am getting bunch of crap from them every day as a reminder what a nice bunch of folks these people are. "
"When you deal with Dragonext you MUST remember "you get what you pay for". I have purchased items from Dragonext with low expectations and was only disappointed about 1/2 of the time.
I have written product reviews on Dragonext and after 6 weeks the reviews were never published, so I suspect that they write their own reviews as I have never seen anything but a good review."

"I regularly buy stuff from Dragonext. I found their store on ebay, now I buy direct from them. I don't buy anything real expensive and I don't expect a lot, and i've been pleasantly surprised thus far. The shipping time is around 2 weeks to remote Australia, which I think is fair enough. The shipping is free but you get no tracking. Once my order went missing, after correspondence they offered to refund me (the reply was prompt for the record), but I really wanted the stuff, so they resent it and I paid the extra for tracking consignment, which I consider worth it, and excellent customer service. You DO get what you pay for, but these guys are certainly doing an OK job as far as I'm concerned."
"I purchased an item from Dragonext thanks to sum revues I was thinking I should have yoused someone else. Well I was mistaken. The item arrived less than one week later! I realize it is free shipping but from Hong Kong. Things posted in my one country takes longer. Very happy with Dragonext/ VT Zero Limited and have no hesitation in buying from them again. "
"I placed a very ambiguous order with Dragonext and the order arrived exactly three weeks later! I realize it is free shipping but three weeks to ship within Asia is ridiculous. I say ambiguous because there was no clear order confirmation e-mail from the store saying the customary "Thank you for your order" (there was an invoice from paypal from a mysterious Toy-nado) and there was no traditional "Your item has shipped" notification either. After two weeks of waiting I contacted the company to find out the status of my order but like other customers, I also received no reply.
When the order finally arrived, they were in a loosely sealed over-sized manila envelope with no padding. One box was crushed but the items were somehow not damaged.
I thought I was getting a great deal on the items I ordered but I now realize that they are very poor quality and are not even worth the cheap price I paid for them.
I will definitely not be ordering from Dragonext / VT Zero Limited /Toy-nado or whatever this shady company is called ever again."

Placed an order on their web site, paid by Paypal.
I received an email the next day, explaining the price on the site was incorrect, and the order was cancelled. I have written 4 emails, including one from their site's "contact us" page, requesting a refund, no response at all.
I have started a dispute on paypal, and will contact Chicago BBB to file a claim.
I know I will get a refund one way or another, but I should not go through all these trouble because of their mistake. No Customer Support at all."
"An excellent company to deal with. Postage was very fast. I had a problem with one item not working properly, and had several helpful emails, and then a replacement arrived (free of charge) extremely quickly.
Would highly recommend anyone to deal with this company.

"Bought a couple of cheap usb bluetooth adapters with an antenna.
Turns out the antenna was fake.
When I popped the antenna off, it turns out it was just a solid bit of plastic and not connected to anything, IE it is just for show to pretend you are getting a better adapter than you are.
Their delivery of the items also took forever."
