"I ordered 5 necklaces for my daughters with a picture of their deceased grandpa. The quality was horrible and cheap. Then I tried to return them and there was a 70% restocking feed. (fine print on their site). But I cannot even get a response to receive my 30% refund, less shipping.

Overall a sucky experience and a loss of a few hundred dollars! "

"Just got our item and it looks good so far. Said it'd be shipped out in 5-12 working days. I would have assumed the full 12 days would only be during holidays... I followed up a full month later and they hadn't even finished crafting it. Their call center hours don't accommodate Americans well. Their replies to other reviews confirm my experience was universal: no offers of refund (partial or total), no expedited shipping or crafting once an issue is raised, no promises to personally investigate and rectify. Just boiler plate apologies and invitation FOR YOU to continue to follow up."
