"I hope those that read the reviews also look at the year they were submitted! The company had some bad times during 2008-2010. One of the owners has actually died from lung cancer. This company has been under new management and since 2012 has had mostly 5 star ratings, some of these ratings should not even be here as they do not pertain to the current business.
They have closed their store in Sisters, now only have one in Florence Oregon and Newport Oregon, selling the same made in the USA pre-shrunk cotton Clothing."
"I go through Sisters Oregon several times each summer and always make it a point to stop in and stock up on the most comfortable natural clothing I have ever worn. The two ladies who work there are so helpful and happy. It's a "feel good" shopping experience."

Short one item, which I still have not received after calls and e mails requesting refund of the item if they didn't have in stock. Total disregard for the customer."

Ignored repeated letters requesting a refund or the correct merchandise. Did not send required return form for items of wrong size. Owes me $100 and is uncommunicative. In many years of web purchasing, this is the worst experience I have had."
"As a first-time puchaser, I needed to make a free exchange. After 4 months, I still do not have my correct order. I left several phone messages and 2 emails - all unanswered. The times I was able to speak to someone, I was always promised an exchange shipment. When it finally did arrive (months later), the shirts were the wrong size and there was no return label that was also promised. I am stuck with 4 wrong shirts now, and of course, no response to my certified letter. I strongly recommend going elsewhere for this type of clothing."

"The merchandise I recieved was not what I ordered so I returned the merchandise via USPS. I realized about 60 days later that I had not received a credit for the return. I called the company 3 times and spoken to XXXXX each time. Each time she promised to investigate and return my call, but has not. I filed a complaint with the Sacramento area BBB which in turn requested a response to my complaint from the company. The company did not respond to the BBB. This company has many unanswered complaints filed with the BBB."
