"I was very sceptical of ordering an expensive watch online. Dreamshopee.com had the best price on the Citizen Skyhawk Titamium watch that I wanted, so after debating for several days, I decided to go ahead and purchase the watch since they had a 30 day money back refund policy. I purchased the watch on a Fri around 11 pm EST. I paid extra for the Priority mail and received my watch on the next Thur. Wow! They had come through on the first part of our agreement. I did purchase the BuySafe.com bond for my watch. For about $14 it was good piece of mind.
I was still pretty sceptical so I took the watch to a Citizen dealer in my area to get it authenticated. Turns out, the watch is 100% real.
There is one problem with this website though. The customer service. I tried contacting them before purchasing and could NEVER get in touch with anybody. When I tried to email them, my email would not be accepted by their server. I am glad that I didn't have a problem with my purchase because I would still probably be waiting to hear from them.
Another thing that bothered me was the fact that they say a signature is required for delivery. NOT TRUE! My postman left my watch at the front door. Who is to say that it wouldn't have been stolen or picked up and ruined by my dog? I'm sure that if a signature really was required by the sender, the postman would have gotten one. So I think Dreamshopee.com is to blame on that one.
Overall, my experience was a pleasant one. The watch arrived on time, was 100% authentic, and I love it!"
