"Purchase and transaction through their web site went fine.

However, the customer support afterword was absolutely horrible. Very difficult to deal with the employees of this company. Some of the problems listed below:

- Item that shipped out was different from what was I ordered through their website. When I received the wedding favors it was a complete surprise and letdown.

- Vendor not available by phone and often requires several calls before they respond. (Even though there are several people working there, only one can handle your order. Most of the time this "person" isn't available.

- Very abrassive staff. They act as though they are doing you a huge favor by picking up the phone and answering any questions you may have.

- It took several emails and phone calls for them to finally fix the order.

- Overall very disorganized and untrustworthy.

One look at their AOL email address and website pretty much sums it up: amateur, disorganized, rip-off. Buyer beware."
