"I have ordered a dress for myself, it was nothing like what I ordered. upon my constant complaint, I sent about 20 emails to ask for a refund. They have the worst customer service, I had to lodge a complaint to ACCC in order to get a refund. Even though I posted the dress back in its original condition and I have a tracking no and Aus post shows that It has been received the dresshop denying receiving it and they haven't sent my money back. Pleas to whoever reads this message, never ever order a dress from them, its nothing like the ones in the photos. on top of that they don't reply to emails on time and they will never give your money back. I am taking further legal action to get my money. They are FRAUD, even if you go to their website unlike any other site they don't have their ACN or ABN number on their website so its not easy to take legal action. I have never even seen such unprofessional and fraudulent website."

"We ordered a dress off their website, it arrived as a completely different dress, when asked if we'd got the wrong one as it looks nothing like the picture, didn't even fit their description, they were very very rude and said if we wanted it like that it would cost 5-6 times the amount, no apology, no explanation, said this was closed and who was I? When I called, they said they didn't speak english and couldn't understand me?? I would say they are frauds, and I would certainly steer clear!!!"
"I ordered two dresses and they are both poorly tailored and the colours are horrible. None of the dresses fit and the colours dont even closely match what is shown in the picture. I know that there will be slight variation in the colour on the screen, but these are not even close to what is shown. The dresses can not be worn and I am disappointed that I have wasted my time, effort and money ordering them. I wont be recommending Dresshop.com.au to anyone and certainly will not be buying anything from them. "
