I ordered a dress from here and never received it after complaining for few months straight trying to get my FULL REFUND with customer support they closed out my ticket to not message them anymore about my item being delivered or getting my full refund. So I basically spent 17 dollars on getting nothing in return, pretty much got robbed for my money. This has been my worst experience shopping online never has this ever happened to me when buying clothing anywhere else. "

Из последнего что там брал это был фонарь "конвой"(sku LL0203202). По цене вышел почти в два раза дешевле чем на али,даже по началу думал что просто копия, но оказался оригинал. Так что всем советую.

"They purposely do not publish their return address and do not provide access to customers trying to return items via their online chat and phone system prompts, try it yourself before you order. They also failed to provide me with a return address when I asked for it via their online customer support system. So how is someone supposed to be able to return anything at all? I returned items that were too small & poor quality to the return address on the package only to be told they can't receive them there, so I can not get a refund. In addition, they used stall tactics, like asking for photo's of items customers are unhappy with, likely to push the return past the 30 day return policy.. I'll write a follow-up reply if they provide the refund I requested."
