"I found this website/app back in November of 2019. I found them from a Facebook ad and they were advertising cute Christmas dresses. I was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to fit the clothing due to my luck in the past with online shopping for clothing. To my surprise the dresses fit perfectly and I could actually wear them! I then came back for swimsuits and ordered for sets. They all fit some are snug on my **** but that’s okay. I am typically a size 18 in women’s US and I order 2X and 3X. I would say that they are true to size but I’m the swim suits to go up a size since all my swimsuits say 2X (14 US)"

El día 13 de Enero de 2020, efectué un pedido de 4 artículos de los cuales, 2 de ellos eran: un bikini de mujer y otro de niña; ambos a conjunto, con objeto de regalárselo a mi cuñada y sobrina, para que fuesen a juego, como madre e hija, a la playa, llevando el mismo diseño, pero en diferente talla.
El día 20 de Enero de 2020, llega mi pedido y, cuál es mi sorpresa cuando, al abrir el paquete del bikini de mujer, descubro que la parte de arriba es la talla S (que, efectivamente, era la que había encargado), en tanto que la de abajo es la XL, con lo cual, me es imposible regalárselo a mi cuñada porque ella lleva la talla pequeña y tampoco podría aprovecharlo ninguna otra persona más gordita como mi madre, puesto que las tallas están mezcladas y hay un salto de 4 tallas entre el top y la braguita. Para colmo, el de niña, que sí que me lo incluyen en la talla solicitada, se me queda "cojo", porque la gracia era regalar el set completo madre e hija, no sólo el de la niña, por lo que decido esperar a que me reenvíen el de adulta en la talla correcta.
Para reenviármelo de nuevo, me chantajean y me dicen que, por supuesto lo harán, pero que antes escriba un post completo en mi blog, que me haga eco de ellos a través de todas mis RRSS y que, para colmo, suba reviews de los otros 3 items a su web con la máxima puntuación posible y hablando maravillas de estos.
Yo, como es lógico, para no perder el bikini, claudico y hago todo lo que me piden... Saco fotos de calidad de los productos, etc. dedico tiempo a redactar todo bien en español e inglés...
Después de hacer todo correctamente y esperar 10 días, el 1 de Febrero me confirman que me lo van a enviar, pero "casualmente" ese día se van de vacaciones. Sigo esperando, esperando... les escribo a medidados de febrero sin obtener respuesta alguna....
Y, no es hasta el 10 de Marzo hasta que no me contestan, alegano que me lo acaban e enviar, excusándose en que se han retrasado por culpa del corona virus. Nuevamente, me exigen que les haga más publicidad y yo les explico que, hasta que no lo reciba, no compartiré más opiniones favorables hacia su web.
Supuestamente, desde el 11 de Marzo, ese paquete está extraviado... Les escribo a mediados de Abril a ver si saben algo y nada... Llamo mil veces a Correos y tampoco.
No es hasta el 12 de Mayo (casi dos meses después) cuando me ofrecen reenviármelo una 3ª vez, pero resulta que esta oferta no es real porque el bikini está agotado y ya no se fabrica con lo que no lo van a volver a tener en stock y además, tampoco devuelven el dinero.
Conclusión: después de 4 meses de espera por él, a día de hoy, no tengo nada, ni previsión de conseguir otro. He perdido, no sólo 1 bikini, sino 2, porque el de niña sin el de su madre, no tiene sentido y además, después de tantos meses, esperando por el de la madre para regalar los dos juntos como lote, la niña a crecido y tampoco le vale el suyo.
He perdido 16.11 $ + 11.80 $ = 27.91 $ a lo tonto.
