Dresslily worked with me to solve the problem to my satisfaction. It has been easy to return items that did not fit me correctly. I dislike how difficult it can be to find the right size. Many plus size items do not give measurement but instead say, "Fits US size __." As we all know, women's sizes vary from brand to brand, so this makes it hard to order clothes in the right size.
