"Put through an order for two items on the 2nd of Feb. One USB cable and one Multitool. An entire month went by with no shipping notification and no communication. Finally, a few days ago, I was contacted by two different reps who gave me two different excuses. The first rep told me that due to unexpected popularity the Multitool I ordered was out of stock. However days have gone by since then with their website still indicating that it is in fact in stock. The second rep told me that it could not be shipped due to a shipping restriction to my country (Australia), yet I can still put the item in my cart, while logged in with the same active address, and go through the checkout. And in my efforts to get to the bottom of these contradictions I've had to conduct two separate conversations because neither of these reps will combine the support tickets they've created into a single one. And both of them are ignoring most of my questions.
My working theory here is that they just don't want to send the item I ordered because I got it at a promotional discount. This would also explain why, after explaining that I would be happy to wait until the item was back in stock, they forced a partial refund on me.
And here's the problem with that: I chose a more expensive shipping option, with insurance, because I was ordering two items. If it had just been the measly USB cable by itself I wouldn't have bothered with that. So as far as I am concerned the partial refund does not cover it, nor does it do anything to make me feel better about the month-long delay, the contradictory excuses, and the terrible communication.
The order itself is not a big deal. It wasn't a large amount of money, and not getting the items I wanted is not the end of the world. But there's no way I will bother to order anything else from this company. There are plenty of alternatives that I've had dramatically better experiences with, even when things have gone wrong."

"On 2/15/2018 I put in an order for 2 shirts and some ear rings. I am having it sent Priority Direct Mail. Last night I decided to email them because its been 18 days since the order to see where my order is. I got back an email stating that the ear rings and one of the shirts will be shipped out in 1 - 2 business days and the other shirt is on back order and will not be shipped out for another 7 - 15 business days. This is not ok. 1 because nobody said on the listing or told me I would be waiting weeks for these to be mailed out before they were paid for. And 2, I had to initiate contact with them to find out where my order was. Do NOT do business with this company if you need your order within a 2 month period because from the time you pay for it and the time you actually get it, its going to be that long. Horrid!!"
