"UPDATE! I had emailed them several times to get an exchange or refund. After putting up this review they processed the refund I was asking for due to the dress having a hole. I have updated the customer service rating to reflect this.
It seems like a hit and miss. some of the items I have purchased had holes in them and the seams were off. some of the fabric would snag on anything, rings, fingernails etc. You have to REALLY look at the fabric it is made from, cotton blends are best. I have taken several items to a seamstress because the sizes were off. Dresses are the best bet in my experience. I order from this company once every 2 months "
