"Horrible. Ordered what I thought was a quality commercial lawn sweeper unit. It is no better than others. Purchased on May 23rd and paid for premium shipping (3 day) and after 2 weeks it hadn't arrived. Called customer service and she was rude...said that the ship date was "only an estimate". She had no tracking numbers and no telephone numbers for me to follow up. Finally on 3rd call I got her to go to her warehouse and ask questions...only to find that it was on a "dock somewhere"...again no info. When I got the shipment the box was damaged. Tried to assemble the sweeper and things didn't fit. Had to drill out the holes and force it together. This company is poorly managed and customer service is really poor."

It took 3 months to recive the product, and every time I called coustomer service they told me well your product will ship with in a specified amount of days then it never did. Called coustomer srevice again. then they told me that the product could not be located. Called them back 2 weeks later and was told there was a back order and would ship soon. Called 2 weeks later and was told that they have no knowlage of the part and could not tell me when or where it was comming from. Called again 2 and a half months after the order was placed and was told that I need to give these things time. and to just wait. Well 3 months after I ordered the product I recived a tracking number but when I checked the tracking information it said it was shipped 2 months ago. What the f***... Call that coustomer service. I should report you to the B.B.B..... Never again will I shop at DrillSpot.com and you can count on me telling every one I know..... Megan Miller....."
