"The duct arrived in a timely fashion by UPS, a bit mangled, but usable, since part of the packaging was missing and had been taped up somewhere along the way. The cover didn't arrive for about two weeks, as I recall. It came by Central Transport. After several emails to you, I finally received the cover, way, way overdue.
