The price was the lowest of all sites (by far), and the shipping price was very reasonable. Finally, the brushes came within 2 days of the order - fantastic!"

It never showed up after almost 2 weeks, so I contacted customer service. They informed me that the shipment was sent back as undeliverable, but promised to send it back out ASAP. I got the drills two days later. Ultimately, I give DrillSpot 4 stars for their customer service, but I give the shipping company 0 stars, for failing to deliver a standard order.

"Very disappointed in the company. I searched for a particular color of an item and was sent a darker color instead. I contacted the company thinking that the wrong color had been shipped. The customer service representative said "We drop ship from different warehouses and don't have the choice of picking colors I do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused."

How can a company advertise a particular color and ship something different? At least it was still a blue, but if I had known I would have shopped around.

I think I will be contacting a member of management as even a return email to this customer service representative got me nowhere. Beware!
