"I canceled my order with the Company when they changed the billing due to the fact that I am in Afghanistan and I use an APO.

I order from many company's and have no issues with mailing to an APO. I would have assumed they would list any extra charges upfront.
I am sorry its a problem and somehow more expensive to mail to an APO .
other than that they seem to be an outstanding comapny and its very possile when I di return to the US I may purchase from them at some point , but for now I will use them as a reference when I order online from other companies.
