"My overall experience is mixed and still pending. I purchased a data transfer kit from you. It included an enclosure 2.5 for my laptop hard drive upgrade. The enclosure works great. It also included software called BounceBack from CMS to control the cloning process. It did not work, my computer kept freezing up in mid processing requiring a power button push to restart. Task manager said program was not responding and could not end task. I thought many things BIOS, new hybrid hard drive, anti virus software..removed all and upgraded..no help! I downloaded DiscWizard (freeware) from SeaGate and cloned my new hard drive without problem.
