"I ordered wiper blades from this company. They came poorly packaged in a large brown envelope and were crushed by FedEx Ground. I don't blame FedEx too much since the items DriverFX sent were not packaged properly. I returned the items and DriverFX did not give me a full credit. I guess it must be some restocking fee even though they caused the damage in the first place."
