"Starting with the order I used the on-line chat provided by the web site before I made my purchase. I gave "Kevin" as identified at the beginning of the session all the info on my vehicle and told him what part I needed. he came back with a part # and asked if
I wanted to order the part. I checked the part and it did not look right so I asked him if he was sure this was the right one, he stated yes it was the DIRECT FIT PART for my vehicle. I asked him 3 TIMES he said he checked and he was sure this was it. I ordered the part and several other parts including the lines the were to fit on the DIRECT FIT PART. A week later I received all the ordered parts. Well the DIRECT FIT PART was not even close. AS I said I ordered the lines that were to attach to the DIRECT FIT PART and the part did not even have the ports for the lines. When I called to return it I was told that I would be responsible for return shipping and a restock fee even though I was assured several times this was the DIRECT FIT PART. And I was also told that I should not use the on line chat and he stated always use the phone support. WHY HAVE THE ON LINE CHAT SUPPORT.
Well after several phone calls and finally getting a supervisor it was all taken care of and they made good for the restock and shipping and then transferred me to phone support and I finally ended up with the proper DIRECT FIT PART. All ended well but it took some time and was a bit frustrating.

"This is my first time using drive wire and let me start off by saying amazing. I put in what I needed and it brought me to the correct unit that I needed for my car. It took 2 days for this to come in and if I went to the dealer they told me a week to 2 weeks. Once I got the new part my mechanic put it in and now I have cool air just in time for the heat. Thank you so much Drivewire I will be using you again and I will let my frinds know as well. 5 stars for you all."

"I had to speak with a customer service rep who was very helpful. However, several days after my order was confirmed I received an email saying the part I ordered was not in stock. When I phoned I was informed not only was it not in stock but that it would not be carried anymore. Disappointing."

"I ordered a heater blower motor for my 2002 Mercury Sable and received a heater blower for a 1999 VW Beetle. I have been trying to return it for the past week. Every time I call about the return it's like it's the first time anyone is aware of the problem. Still waiting for an RA # and return mailing label. If they don't want it back, just let me know and I'll throw it out! "
