"I called in to cancel the order no later than 1/2 to 1 hour after placing order. Was told a stop was put on order, but agent said they could not guarantee the stop. Submitted survey indicating that I wanted the order cancelled. Called again and anothe agent said accept the package as shipped and fill out return forms. Advised her I knew of penalty for returning which was not justified because order was cancelled in less than an hour after ordering. Refused shipment form Fedex and Fedex returned shipment. Package was NEVER delivered. Now I stll see chargesd against my AMEX card. PLEASE REMOVE CHARGES AND CONFIRM TO ME VIA E-MAIL."
