"My initial questions via email were answered promptly BUT not every question was answered clearly. This left me to try to guess/interpret. The good service could have be so much better if I as an International customer had been correctly directed to PARTSTRAIN rather than being "allowed" to complete a purchase incl. paying via PayPal. For example: "Regarding the shipment of the part to Australia, you need to contact our International Team for assistance and to provide you more information about the international shipping costs.

A lack of clarity resulted in a credit having to be processed to refund my "purchase".
Solution/s:
1. emails should receive clear answers especially a PART Number
2. Bongo International should ensure Non-Continental USA Members are joining via PartsTrain NOT DRIVEWIRE
3. Non-Continental USA customers should be directed via your Software straight to PartsTrain without further customer action.

Overall though apart from time lost, I am impressed by the actual web-site, the images & the information provided.
