After 9 days and still having not received it, I went to Walmart and purchased one for 10 bucks, because my car is parked outside 24/7 and I live in Phoenix where 115 degrees is common. "I did recieve my order in a timely manner.
The item should have been better packaged because, when both of my item where recieved in two shipments both of them were hanging out of the box they were packaged in. The item were not damage that I could see, but I'm sure in time someone will get damaged products if this doesn't change.
Had these been damaged I would not of known until I was installing them because of the curve and shape of the window regulators, there would have been no other way to know. I did get both installed today and was pleased with my purchase.
The one thing I would ask is that they include the rivets for the instalation of the regulators and without UTUBE I would not of had much of a ideal on how to remove and reinstall the regulators. These are just something they may want to change or add to this type of order.
