I refused delivery . The worst part of this I am still ordering my items else where it was a time consuming order . It is 5-20 and I have ordered off of Dicks sporting and Amazon ! All items are coming in . At a rapid pace .Some are back ordered till the 28 which is why I ordered on 5-2 . My daughter is leaving June 1 . MY ADVICE THIS COMPANY IS A SHAME AND A SHAM . "

"I am so disappointed with the dishonesty of this company. I should have read the reviews first. I am from Australia and still waiting to receive a large order which was going to be used for a theatre production. The tracking & confirm advice with the USPS indicates that they were to expect a parcel. This was dated 15th March and nothing has changed on this message.
I have emailed Drop Zone several times over the last week and rung twice leaving a message to check their email. I have not received a reply. They did confirm in one other email, when I queried where is my order, that the parcel had been sent - 25th March. I have contacted Aust Post and they have advised me that the parcel has not reached the USPS. I now have to make other arrangements for costumes.
