"I placed my order online March the 9th - have not received any contact from them since. I have tried to contact them by phone - only a message machine which remainz full. I have emailed them and have gotten no response. I have now placed a complaint with the better business bureau in NJ

I had ordered 2 pair of pants on july 9th of last year with a promise of receiving them 5-7 business days later, my order did not get processed until july 21, and I received the pants on july 25th . I tried to contact them through email and telephone, but nothing. I ended up sending back the pants on july 28, 2006 and now nearly a year later, they are sending me letters saying i owe them for the pants i returned (i have all the proof in print stating they received their merchandise). I was very dissapointed and it's sad to see they are still doing the same thing to other customers-please drop zone army navy get organized!"
