"I placed my order online March the 9th - have not received any contact from them since. I have tried to contact them by phone - only a message machine which remainz full. I have emailed them and have gotten no response. I have now placed a complaint with the better business bureau in NJ

"Took more than 3 months to ship my order. They never returned e-mails or phone calls. This is obviously a place with a physical location that has a Web site just to have one. POOR customer service. Don't waste your time and money here."

"It's a rip off. Never answered the phone or email. Never sent tracking # or oredr status. I've been waiting for 2 weeks for any response, but nothing.The answering machine says memory's full.

"Very Very Very Dissatisfied! :(
I had ordered 2 pair of pants on july 9th of last year with a promise of receiving them 5-7 business days later, my order did not get processed until july 21, and I received the pants on july 25th . I tried to contact them through email and telephone, but nothing. I ended up sending back the pants on july 28, 2006 and now nearly a year later, they are sending me letters saying i owe them for the pants i returned (i have all the proof in print stating they received their merchandise). I was very dissapointed and it's sad to see they are still doing the same thing to other customers-please drop zone army navy get organized!

"I ordered a pair of fatigues on 4-26-07 and have not received a conformation email or my package. They are not responding to email either. I have had to start a dispute resolution with PayPal to hopefully get this resolved."
