SCAM COMPANY - REPORT THEM AND PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS FOR GOOD

"I PERSONALLY HAVE USED THEIR SERVICE AND ON THEIR WEBSITE THEY SHOW A WAREHOUSE WITH PALLETS OF MERCHANDISE. WELL I SOLD SEVERAL ITEMS FOR THEM. THEY DIDNT NOT RESPOND IN 2 WEEKS OR SHIP ANYTHING OUT. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR ONLINE SELLER REPUTATION. REPORT THEM. CHECK ALL THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS ABOUT THEM ONLINE.
TRY CALLING THEM...........NO ONE WILL ANSWER LOL. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND COST ME SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS IF NOT MORE. I READ THE REVIEWS AND DISREGARDED THEM AND GOT EXACTLY WHAT THE OTHER REVIEWS STATED. SCAMMERS RUNNING A SCAM COMPANY.

"I really wish I could put no stars. The people who do "customer service" as they call it, are extremely rude an incompetent. I called to get an issue solved right away because I already waited 2 days for emails back. The guy told me that if I need an issue fixed I should email them and that they respond with-in one to two hours and called me liar when i told him I waited for 2 days and sent two separate emails. Then they took the money out of my account finally after 5 days but didn't ship the product. I email and then 2 more days later they said they didn't receive the money. They are just a huge scam, I don't understand why so many people recommend them. I found it funny that before I could email them it told me not to curse or harass or threaten the customer representative, and that if I did I would not be allowed to use their website anymore. So we are suppose to have a standard of ethics when talking to them but they can't even be remotely nice or helpful? "

"wholesale transaction went smoothly with DSDI. this is a very good wholesale distributor that appears to make customer service a priority. however i would prefer that they integrate their forums into my wholesale account."
