"Ordered my prom dress from DuDuTa on 03/08/12 and I was emailed by DuDuTa that it would arrive between 03/22/12-03/30/12. It never arrived in that time frame. I received another email from DuDuTa that the dress would arrive between 04/08/12-04/15/12 and it did not. The dress finally arrived 04/18/12 and it is HORRIBLE!! The craftsmanship on this dress looks rushed, there is different colored thread showing thru the front of the dress at the bust line which must have been designed for a newborn baby. I sent them specific measurements that would amount to a size 14 and what they sent me could only fit a woman who wears a size 0. My daughter's prom is tomorrow and now we have to try and find another dress. Customer service, Emma, is not helpful at all by telling me to make marks on the dress and send them pictures. I am disputing this payment with PayPal! I would not recommend that anyone ever purchase anything off of this site!! EVER"

"I ordered two dresses and i am quite satisfied. One short in blue and one long in white. I would say they match 95% with the picture advertised.
It took about one month until the dresses arrived. I was very scared to get scammed, but I was really astonished when they arrived. They are made extremely good and look very nice :)

"I LOVE Duduta. I ordered my wedding dress (order #105284718) and it was above and beyond the quality I expected. The dress was fully lined and fit according to the measurements I gave Duduta. I am going to have a local seamstress press the dress and take up a little extra material.

"TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!! We ordered a dress from them, and we are very unhappy. There are pieces of the fabric that are not finished (not sewn; it's a raw edge); beads have fallen off; it is not completely sewn on the back; it's missing hook-and-eye fasteners on the back strap; the zipper is sewn in improperly; the top neckline is not sewn on completely; the finished product is substantially different than the dress that was ordered; the color was also off, as we ordered a burgundy and received a rust-colored dress. These issues will have to be fixed before the dress can be worn. The dress cost $241. DuDuTa has not responded to me since I asked for a resolution to the problem or to send it back. I was afraid to send it back to China without some assurance that I would get a refund of the $241, and after waiting for a reply, it is well past the 7-day return policy. They should be ashamed of themselves!"

The quality is comparable to a wedding gown that cost $1,000 - $2,000!. The attention to detail is phenomenal. Do not hesitate to order from this retailer. "I must say that overall I am very disappointed. Although the team was very nice they could not deliver. I ordered and paid for dress from their website and they were unable to make it. I was first lead to believe that it was an issue of timing and that they could not do it within the time I needed. I really wanted the dress so I just said, I don't care how long it takes, take as long as you need, just send it when it is ready. I loved it soooo much I just wanted to have it in my wardrobe and wear to my wedding reception which was 8 months away, plenty of time to make it. Turns out, they just do not know how to and can not make the dress. I was soo disappointed as I only wanted this dress. They did refund my money and gave me a choice for a free dress. None of these dresses are up to the standard of the one I originally ordered. I did receive a FREE dress which I will donate to my church because the quality is poor."

"I had ordered a grad dress from DuDuTa, and being the paranoid person I am I kept asking every other day whether my order was ready? Surprisingly, they were super efficient in making my dress, and the shipping took even less time than that predicted.

Though the dress I had received was not exactly what I had anticipated, beause there was a mistake in the pattern of the sequins, the dress was made of very high quality fabric and to my surprise it was also lined! And I had given them custom measurements, I was very satisfied with the fit. Because my dress had not looked identical to what I had expected, I was able negotiate with the agent. The live agent Jessica was great to answer my many questions and deal according with complaints that I had in an efficient and concerned manner.

This company definitely put their customers first, I had ordered a dress, unfortunately it was not exactly as I expected, I was able to get a refund accordingly. I would recommend this company to anyone that asks, because it is reflected in their service that customer satisfaction is their top priority.
