"I placed my order on March 2, 2020. I was then informed that the part I ordered was shipped somewhere in Maryland, just a slight distance from my home in Los Angeles. Then I get an e-mail stating that the new part had to come from Italy and that Jax BMW had no idea of the shipping date due to the Corona virus. The part finally came in on the 16th of March.... Two weeks after the order was placed. Needless to say that I was a returning customer and I will be doing my shopping elsewhere."
