There was a glitch where I could select overnight shipping as the free shipping, but overnight is not free. A representative of Duda Diesel called me and left a message explaining the situation. I wasn't able to call back in time, so they shipped, for free, using ordinary USPS priority mail.
I understand that glitches can happen, but I believe Duda Diesel did their due diligence (Hey! An alliteration!) in calling me and explaining the problem.

My order arrived on 7/08/2013. My order date was 7/02/2013.
If you consider that my order was shipped over the 4th of July weekend, that's pretty fast. Overall I am happy and will shop here again if I ever need more boric acid."
