"I ordered some honeybells through Dundee Groves. UPS lost the package. When I contacted Dundee customer service, they didn't seem particularly interested in helping me resolve the issue. I contacted UPS myself, and they located the package. It delivered and the fruit was terrible. Mushy to the touch with no taste. I won't be using Dundee again. "

When I was informed 3 weeks after placing my order that it was delayed, instead of letting me change my order to a different product they LIED and told me it was being sent that day. "I placed 4 orders of Sugar Bells for my family at Christmas. Three of the orders were of poor quality and 1 order arrived a week late and were spoiled.
DUNDEE said they would replace the order that was spoiled but it's been 2 weeks and I've heard nothing!
The other 3 orders may be eaten or thrown away. What a disappointment.

"I recently ordered for 2 friends one in alabama and one in texas for a xmas delivery. Dundee groves went above and beyond to help me with my order because I was so upset after having such a bad experience with hale groves I was just about to give up. Hale customer service first told me they aren't allowed to ship citrus into texas when that didn't work they proceeded to said they were out of one of the products and were rude I was so upset. Dundee Groves customer service is above and beyond so helpful. One delivery made and other on it's way. I certainly can't say enough about their wonderful service and honesty. Thank you
