"I received my bed 12 weeks after ordering and am extremely happy. Well worth the wait. It is beautiful and very well made. Customer service was outstanding. I requested stain samples and was able to match my colors. Waited for my bed a long time (not a problem). I love it. My only problem was that we could not get the crate off the shipping truck because all of the pieces crated together made it so large that even with the drivers help it could not be moved. We had to open the crate on the truck and then remove the pieces individually. There were no instructions for assembly so we are lucky to be smart enough to figure it out. Maybe pack large items so they can be moved without a crane or a forklift."

"Ordered an outdoor table set w/o an umbrella hole. Got a table w/ a table hole 2 weeks later than expected. Initial contact w/ customer service via email, my question was never answered, but, just got a response saying we hope you had your question answered. I did not, and kept asking the same question, getting the same response. Called customer service about delivery date and was told they would get back to me and they never did, twice. I had to call them back to get the info. The table has a very narrow seat base, less than any other sold anywhere, so cushions have to be custom made. The legs are so far toward the center, that if someone sits on one side, it topples over. Needless to say, we paid top dollar and really not quite satisfied. It looks good though...the finish was done well."

It took every bit of 12 weeks to receive our order. I was really hoping it would come sooner rather than later to arrive in time for a special event, but no such luck."
