"IT WASN'T WHAT I EXPECTED TURNING CRANK WAS BROKEN"

"Terrible delivery process, I had to handle most of the logistics. I had two companies calling me to set delivery, and they both insisted that I was receiving "chairs" when I had ordered a table. No follow up was ever done by DutchCrafters until they asked me tog give them a review. The delivery was brought on a pallet and I had to cut it off pallet and take into my building. Horrible process, I have ordered several custom furniture pieces and have never been so disgusted with the process as I was with DutchCrafters. I could have used another seller for $10.00 more...I should have gone with them. Buyer beware of the poor customer service here, when you are an order only provider you should have shipping logistics perfected DutchCrafters."

"I DID RECIEVE MY CLOCK. IT WAS A MIRACLE THO. WHEN I ORDERED I KNEW WE WERE GOING OUT OF STATE ON MAY 26TH. WE HAD RESERVATIONS AND ALL. I KNEW IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 8 WEEKS TO RECIEVE MY CLOCK. THERE WAS A DELIVERY TRUCK TURNING AROUND ON OUR DEADEND STREET WITH MY CLOCK. MIRACLE I GOT IT. THEY WERE GOING TO LEAVE IT AT THE TOP OF OUR DRIVE BY THE STREET. NOT GOOD. SOMEONE ELSE WOULD HAVE REALLY ENJOYED MY CLOCK! I HAVE TO GET A BATTERY FOR IT BEFORE I CAN GET IT GOING BUT IT IS BEAUTIFUL. "
