"I ordered an Orient Curator which seized within 3 months of minimal use.
I contacted DFI and they advised I send the watch back to the so they could organise repair, as there is no Orient service centre in my country.
I sent the watch in July 2016. DFI screwed me around continually, with delays and excuses.
As of February 2017, after numerous email exchanges where only excuses have been offered, I still don't have my watch back, so I am out hundreds of dollars.
DFI should be avoided - they don't care about their customers after they have made a sale."
