" I ordered Gossip Girl box set thinking it was an import but it had clearly been recorded from the TV as ads for the next program kept appearing along the bottom of the screen.
Also was promised a refund (less than what I paid) in Sept 2009 and still waiting for it 4 months later. The only reply I get from them is “contact your bank” or “please be patient” but how long does it take to refund money.

"The company appears to be a scam out of China. I have not received anything that I ordered. I have been told for 2 weeks that they are waiting for a post office tracking number. I have been told that one dvd set is unavailable and that it will take 2 months to get a refund. I have been told that same dvd set is getting ready to ship. Them I am told again that it is unavilable. They make no mention of the other sets. I have since learned, by trying to buy the same sets on AMAZON that the tv show, COLD CASE has never been released on DVD. I continue to write them and continue to get rote answers that simply repeat their cycle. I have emails and even one of their answers where the Chinese characters appear, to document what I am saying. I hope my words here save others from my disappointment and loss.
